This is how an empty project looks like. We will quote all costs at the beginning.
We will add the cost. The Beginning beginning is a month from which this cost is calculated from. The End is a month until we incur the cost. The Amount is a number indicating how many times we incur this cost a month (e.g. if we buy 10 laptops in January, we just need to insert it once and enter number 10 in the Amount window).
If there is only one cost, we give the same month in the Beginning and End window.

Filling in the Budget Canvas with income
We are adding the income. The Beginning is a month from which we gain revenues, e.g. from the subscription. The End is a month to which we assume to derive gains e.g.: from inserted subscription. The Amount is the number indicating how many subscriptions we will sell in a given period. The Price is the subscription price.
Now we enter the earning estimated concerning higher subscription.

Thanks to this we can compare our idea with other ideas or monitor our existing business.
